Caribbean Hold 'em Poker is a fun new variation on that classic casino game, Caribbean Stud Poker. Introducing the game was a smart move by Cherry Red, as Texas Hold 'em Poker has been popular for decades, and with that popularity really exploding about six years ago now casino gamblers can get in on the fun as well.

In Caribbean Hold 'em, after anteing up, players will first see the flop and their hole cards. Afterwards, a decision must be made whether to fold or to call the bet, which will be worth twice the original ante. Folding forfeits the ante and sets up the player for the next hand, whereas if the bet is called the turn and river are shown and either the player wins or loses to the dealer, who needs a pair of 4's or better in order to qualify. As in Caribbean Stud, the winnings are paid out on an odds system, with a flush or better required to win more than 1:1.

A flush will also win players $75 from the progressive jackpot, as long as an extra dollar was paid before the hand started. A royal flush will win the entire jackpot and a straight flush nets gamers 10%, with four of a kind and a full house giving flat amounts. This progressive is a joint jackpot between Hold 'em and Stud. As of right now, the jackpot stands at $15,094.
